When is it going to happen?
When does all the good stuff people talk about in our industry going to take over the crap?
When will organizations engage with folks in L&D on a business level instead of a ‘training’ level?
When will we stop producing the stuff that we know doesn’t work?
When will ‘learning re-imagined’ stop being a recasting of the classroom wrapped up in the latest technology?
When will authenticity be recognizable?
Aren’t you tired?

Yes very tired, but working now, and understand what drives that emoloyment. Everyone loves the buzz words in interviews but it is too much work to change what we have always done.
